The item i ordered wasnt the issue, i was super happy this store has the item i was looking for after it was sold out on its original website, so thats great! the not so great part is when i received the package, the packaging was so bad i mean the item fell out from the back of the box when i picked it up and brang it inside, im not sure whos fault it is that the packaging was so bad, but my review is ONLY on the packaging, not their service. kyousuke helped me out and everything , was patient and polite . great product, authentic and everything, only issue? the packaging🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
