Horrendous returns
I’ve been trying for a week to get a returns label so I can send some trainers back that were too small. They keep replying to my emails by saying they will send a returns label but they just don’t send it. I’m a very frustrated shopper b

The item I ordered shipped incredibly fast considering the shipping was free. I also like the hassle free checkout process there website has. There are no brick and mortar of these stores around here so this is my first experience and I'm definitely coming back.

Tops n Bottoms for the W again!!! Love shopping with this store, they get my order in the mail quicker than anyone else does for sure! William who works there is great, he has been helpful and has great customer service. Definitely recommended!

I enjoy shopping at tops and bottoms because mainly their prices. They usually won’t charge a shipping fee but sometimes they do, sometimes they’ll throw in a pair of socks for you to purchase and count that as the shipping fee. I surely hope they keep that up or no shipping charge or extra socks would be nice. I’m going to continue to enter the raffles with tops and bottoms, at least until they start charging a huge shipping fee and other fees not included like other retail stores have been doing lately. Williams was the representative who helped me out with my recent raffle purchase. He’s doing one heck of a job, keep it up.
