The delivery of the talent was smooth and the results were excellent. I had a bad experience with my prior, and they listened to my needs until the right person was found. The talent was exceptional in creative branding and design and my project required unusually abstract foundations. We explored them together and he came up with many designs that were frankly beyond my expectations. He made me see that often times talent can create additive to something you think can’t be improved upon. After seeing the final project I was amazed at how my own initial ideas I thought were so great - were not, but when teamed with the right creative talent, became extreme.

My developer is top notch! I could not have asked for a better experience. From the get-go he made a schedule for delivery of our MVP and he hit his target perfectly! I have worked with amateur developers before and its excruciating! Working with Toptal and their developer is the best experience I've enjoyed as an entrepreneur. Professional and competent at every turn. Even with my developer being from Egypt, he makes himself available to me virtually around the clock. I'm honestly not sure if he sleeps. Toptal was a great experience compared to other platforms like Upwork, etc. Their team responded quickly to our inquiry, listened to our needs and helped us form a solid profile of the talent we needed. We didn't have to fit into a specific box to post the job and we felt heard and understood in the issue we were facing. They connected us with an excellent consultant who had exactly the right skillset. He did wonderful work guiding us through the project while still working relatively autonomously to get the work done. We will definitely return to Toptal the next time we need assistance like this.
