It's seasy to select a plan and gift a top-up to a loved one. The payment options are convenient with Google Pay and PayPal available. The auto-pay discount is a good feature to use if you want to top-up on a longer term basis and save significantly. SINGLE VOUCHER TRANSACTIONS. for multiple phones is time wasting
I should be able to easily provide 5 stars but I cannot.
WHY?
when I have to go into the Top-up transaction multiple times to add family phones or staff, I object to wasting time when all other cell phone operators I worked with as a software supplier in Europe, who at the Point of Sale, place all purchases together as one transaction.
ALSO, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SEND MESSAGES TO RECIPIENTS THAT THEIR LOVE ONE SENT THE TOP UP!
How could you know their relationship and could create a serious embarrassment…

I live in Canada and had 500.00 on my…
I live in Canada and had 500.00 on my digicel Trinidad number. I forgot to do my top up in order to keep my phone number active. Digicel took my 500.00 dollars with no consideration even when I called them to enquire and to at least return half of the money they stood there grounds and did not even return hald of my money. Very bad service but what can we do when we have limited choices of phone service carriers.
