The service is fast and reliable. The new system is much better . There is still the issues of if a customer did not finish their data(gd) what happened to it . It bad they loose it . We pay for it .

I had a very horrible experience with Digicel. I am visiting a Caribbean island and wanted to avoid the roaming charges therefore I checked which telecom companies offered the best coverage at a reasonable price and found Digicel offered a 10GB data package for $44 through Simlocal. I purchased the package installed it, the eSIM shows that it’s activated but after 2 of trying unsuccessfully to use the data on my phone I tried to contact Digicel, they only have an email address for their contact details so I send they an email explaining my problem, today is one week since I send the email and got NO Reply from Digicel. I contacted Simlocal who informed me that they couldn’t do anything and therefore needed to get in touch with DIGICEL! My $44 gone down the drain! Never again!
