The worst part is we have no other option smh..
We need more service options, because being charged for a service we don’t get 100% of , because half the time the data doesn’t work.. the excuse always is “ we are updating our system “ B.S
the service just sucks and they should be honest about it.. and I would respect that if they said that ..

I've been topping up this way for years now, and no issues. What makes it even greater is that I don't have to have data to use the mydigicel app to top up. Just turn on the data, click the app and top up.

I am on vacation in Aruba. I paid $50 at their airport kiosk. My phone can’t call out and texting doesn’t work.
I went back to the kiosk at the airport and no one could help but they took my money.

I used to be able to purchase multiple top-ups by adding each top-up to the 'cart' and then check out once and for all. Now, the cart facility has been removed and for each top up I have to enter all my details again and again (I don't want to use the 'store credit card details' for security risk reasons). I have mentioned this over ten times to Digicel but no one pays attention there.

I sent a top up to my mom's phone. They said they are having a promotion and she will receive $5813.43 the receipt also has this same amount. They only gave her $1596.88. That is deceptive and misleading. I do not recommend this company.
