Top-tier customer service
In the past few years, it seems like many companies have stripped customer service back to where even simple communication is treated as luxury. Not at Torchstar. Torchstar’s customer service (particularly Ruby!) was top notch. They engaged with great communication and showed genuine care in wanting to resolve my question - which they did - and then some! Their process for purchasing the replacement part I needed was super smooth and simple. If I ever need lighting again, Torchstar will be my first stop from now on!

Excellent lighting for and ceiling
Excellent lighting for a ceiling. It has multiple lighting settings from 2,000 Lums to 5,000 Lums and they have color changing abilities. I do recommend this lights.

Had what i wanted. Placed the order. Said 17 days, but received in 3. Safely packed. Works perfectly. As advertised. Satisfaction and accord. Now i'll be really happy if this one last longer than the exact same one I'm replaceing that went out after one year.

Delivery good
Products were delivered to my back patio and left in the elements. I have a covered front porch and deep eves around the house but the driver chose to leave the products in the elements. It rained hard and the products were soaked. Some minor rust as well. But given these are electric led electronic lights, I’m concerned the will kit work/last. Requesting return / refund.

I'd been comparing a few different lighting brands for weeks, just to give you an idea of how indecisive I can be. Outlight kept pulling me back though. Something about their whole aesthetic felt more considered, less trendy. Ordering was simple, shipping took maybe a week and a half to get to NC. For what it's worth, the packaging was thoughtful and nothing felt rushed. Genuinely impressed with the overall experience. Hope this helps someone!
awesome products
I've been using this companies safe lightning products for several years. They are high quality long life products. I totally recommend them regularly. The only thing I wish they would offer is a pkg that has splitter parts and longer extensions rather than individual buy as add ons. Even so do yourself a favor and get ya some.
wasnt sure about a brand I'd never heard of
Honestly I almost talked myself out of it. Didnt recognize the name, prices felt like they could go either way, and you know how product photos online can make anything look good. Spent probably two evenings reading whatever I could find before pulling the trigger. Few weeks in and I get why people come back. What got me was how the whole catalog actually fits together. Not like someone just sourced a bunch of random stuff, more like someone made decisions. That matters to me. Would I buy again? Yeah, probably.
light fixture replacements …
We worked so hard to find the correct lights for our daughter's new condo. Finally, we were able to speak to an actual human! Ruby helped us get the correct lights, so we ended up buying 8 more sets for the future, just in case one of her lights goes out.
checkout was refreshingly boring, in a good way
Ordered about a month ago and honestly the thing that stood out was how painless the whole process was. No pop-ups asking for my email before I could even look around, no weird "add this bundle" pressure at checkout. Just put my stuff in the cart and paid. That's it. For someone who reads every review before buying anything, I really appreciated that they didnt try to upsell me at every step. Hope this helps someone who hates fussy checkout flows as much as I do.

Scammmmm Never got the light after waiting and waiting and waiting for it. I finally got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to not enough stock to fulfill my order. And I only ordered 1 light. Do not recommend this vendor. Really bad experience.
