I bought and installed a 24,000 BTU…
I bought and installed a 24,000 BTU single zone unit back in about July and the results have been great so far. it was to replace a window unit in our older home that struggled to keep things cool and kept the electricity bill really high. The first full month of using the TOSOT mini split our utility bill was a full hundred dollars a month cheaper and we stayed far more comfortable. It’s been about three months now and the bill stays consistently $100 less than what we were used to, this thing is great! Will be trying out the heater function soon, hopefully it is as impressive as the cooling. Thanks TOSOT!

Incredible Customer Service
Tosot was incredibly responsive to inquiries during the whole install process and if they couldn't answer a question right away they would always get back to me. Incredible customer service is what I experienced. I took my time to install 2 units over the course of 2 months and as a diy I wanted to make sure I did it right the first time. The units work great which makes the whole family happy.
Worst company! FRAUD! Dont buy anything from this company, bought a mini split for my house, main control board was defective, they didn't want to replace it and they claimed it was discontinued right after my purchase! they knew it was defective so they sold the remaining stock to people like myself and never wanted to replace or refund it. SCAM COMPANY.

Highly Recommend for DIY
Overall I've had a great experience working with Tosot. I ordered a DIY mini-split heat pump kit to replace the electric baseboard heating in our home. Their site is simple and easy to browse, and the products all shipped sooner than expected, with everything complete and clearly labeled. Also, their prices are great!
After installation, I had some questions about how the unit worked, and their customer service was on top of it. I sent an email in the evening, and by the next morning I was directed to their technical team, where they were able to get me the information I needed.
The only reason I left off as star is some general inconsistencies in their documentation and specs. Different parts of their web site will list different specs for the same model. Additionally, the user manual I received had some values that were converted from metric to imperial incorrectly. I ended up spending more time than necessary trying to verify what the "correct" values were.
I've recommended Tosot to all my friends. I intend to buy from them again in the near future.

I bought an 18K unit to replace a different brand in my garage, The TOSOT unit is way better looking and fit perfectly in the old unit's location. Great RV Air Conditioner, quiet, great cooling power and control.
Great RV Air Conditioner. Plenty of power, multiple settings and super quiet. The heat in southern New Mexico was not an issue with the Tosot. The app worked great, giving us an extra 'remote' and providing us with good information and control. The auto function was especially useful at night.

They honor the warranty
2 years ago I purchased 4 mini split units from TOSOT for our home. Installation went smoothly. They have saved us ~30% on our power bill. My wife and I find these units are far more powerful and better than the Daiken units many places want to sell you (we have friends with Daiken units).
I recently had an issue with one of the indoor units making a small squeaking noise. I contacted TOSOT for warranty and after a few emails with videos of the problem they promptly shipped out a brand new indoor unit to replace the squeaking one.
Yes, I will be doing the work to change out the unit. I suppose if you are not handy or don’t have HVAC experience it could be annoying to call someone out to change the unit. I just very much appreciated them honoring the warranty and having good customer service as this seems to be an issue for many other companies nowadays.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine. all the parts were included and everything works great. I had to run the refrigeration lines through a very small attic about 8 feet and down through a deck about another 15 ft. since the new refrigerant is "flammable" and it recommends a larger space in order to not create a hazard i just enclosed the lines in a flexible aluminum duct with a "drain" to the outside.
this would be a 5 star review but, you can not substitute a 25 ft line set for the 16 ft that is included. now i have a complete 16 ft line set with electrical etc. seems like a waste.
equipment works great i will like buy some additional units in the future.

I love the cooling and heating features…
I love the cooling and heating features of my unit and the low cost that it provides. The only problem I have is it clogs and water comes out the front of the unit. I keep the filters clean. So far it has clogged up 2 times since had it installed a year ago. I have got it serviced twice. I hope the last time will be the last. Other than that I love it.

Great Product Excellent Support
I purchased a dual zone mini split from TOSOT and am thoroughly pleased with its performance. After installation was initially completed, one zone wouldn’t cool but the other would. I wrote to the TOSOT Direct team and they replied back the next business day with a solution. I forwarded their solution (which was a simple rearrangement made to the wiring) to my HVAC installer. Two days after the TOSOT Direct support team emailed me their solution, they contacted me again just to make sure everything was working. That is really great customer service. Thanks TOSOT and their support team!
I have installed 2 separate mini-splits and they have been one of the very best improvements to our home. They are quiet, efficient and they look good on the wall. I put one in our bedroom so I don't have to cool the whole house at night, and now we sleep even better.

Excellent result for annoying problem
We couldn't get a 220v circuit to where we had our cooling problem (back bedroom). So, we bought the 115v, 9000btu version. I was leery of so small of a unit. We were able to install it ourselves after viewing numerous U-Tube videos. Super quiet and cools this problem room really good. We got a "free" mounting bracket for the outside unit. This required some reinforcing as it was a bit flimsy.
