Amazing customer service through email and phone call. My order was missing 2 components, called and emailed them that it was missing and they sent the spare parts 2 days later! The AC units are amazing and finely designed. Shout out to the staff at TOSOT!
I had an issue about 11month after I bought my AC where the Gas leaked and was not working anymore. The contact with Support was very great and super professional. After going over the normal requirement of verification and testing. A brand new AC was sent as replacement. Shipping was fast and resolution of the problem took less then a week from contacting them to receive the replacement. I fully recommand this company and their product.

Easy enough install with video’s but the best part was the after install support. I had no leaks, no kinks, and power but the duel system was not working properly independently. With the online supports’ help I just needed to swap my signal wires and it’s good to go! Also very quick responses to my request for help!

I purchased a Tosot Aomi portable air conditioner for my office. I purchased the portable ac back in December 2025. Randomly the unit stopped working. It was no longer receiving power and was beyond repair. I was distraught. I reached out after reading warranty details to Tosot the manufacturer. Spoke with several people and they were all helpful and knowledgeable. I connected with a representative name Sky and they helped me to get a replacement unit. I will scream from any mountain top that They care.”
When the shipment of the TOSOT 24,000 BTU outdoor unit was delayed by FedEx, I inquired via email and was told the item could not be located and I should contact the sender; I then emailed TOSOT customer service, received an immediate response, and they shipped a replacement unit via UPS.
We strongly advise against purchasing anything from Tosot. We spent over $9,000 on several units, including an ERV system. Upon receiving the order, we quickly discovered that critical installation items, including specialized line sets for the ERV were missing. Attempting to reach customer service was incredibly difficult. Try calling their number yourself — the call goes straight to voicemail, and if you receive a response at all, it’s usually a day or more later. When we did finally receive a call back, the customer service rep said they would follow up with an email 10 minutes later to start the resolution process please note we never received that email. Disgusting. So began the process of sending numerous emails to their support team clearly explaining the issue, yet their customer service repeatedly failed to understand or address the missing components. As we continued unpacking the units, we also discovered internal damage that was clearly unrelated to shipping. Once again, when we contacted the company, we received nothing but delays, excuses, and no meaningful resolution. We decided to request a full refund, and even that process has become another ongoing struggle. At this point, we are still waiting for a return shipping label and hoping they will finally send it within the next few days. It’s worth noting that these issues began over a week ago, and despite our constant attempts to follow up, we typically receive only one vague email response per day. We genuinely tried to work through these problems reasonably, but the company’s lack of quality control is matched only by its lack of customer service and communication. Buyer beware. If you decide to purchase from this company despite these warnings, make sure you use a reputable credit card company, such as American Express or Chase, that can assist with disputes and chargebacks if necessary.
Ordered a 12000 btu unit and the indoor unit received minor damage in shipping and within 12 hours had a new indoor unit on the way to me. Excellent customer service.
I purchased a Tosot 12 BTU system 3 years ago. It was a breeze to install and worked great. I got an error code a few weeks ago and upon contacting Tosot Support, they asked for some information that I was able to obtain for them. The next email I got stated that they were sending out a complete new system since the infamous Joe Biden administration banned the R110A coolant that was used in my system. Thanks Sleepy Joe. Seriously though, Tosot was a pleasure to work with. Go Trump.
I bought TOSOT Aoraki 18000 btu 24.5 SEER2 with ERV from TOSOT. Their customer service was very helpful. They provided me with information on their partner local installer, which was familiar with the system, removed my old dead Fujitsu mini split and installed to new unit. The delivery was within a few days from my order. The unit is quiet, looks nice, cooling and heating work well. I love the additional ERV, which brings fresh air in. This high efficiency mini spit is a good value, and I hope it will also have a long life.
I have installed many different mini splits and Tosot by has been the quickest,easiest to install and I was blown away with there quick response to any questions or problems. Only company I will deal with going forward concerning A/C applications!
Within the first year of owning the 18k tosot mini split I sprung a refrigerant leak inside of the condenser. Customer service ended up being great and sent a new unit almost immediately!!! Excellent customer service.

This is one of the best portable AC units weve ever used. It gets ice cold and i love the multiple features. After about 8 months the compressor went out. We reached out to customer service through email and they responded quickly. They walked us through troubleshooting which resulted in them sending us a brand new replacement unit. Great products and amazing customer service.
I bought an open box 9000btu 120V unit last year 2025. It had a few dents, scrapes and a bent mounting foot. The install went great and it worked great through the winter. I bought a second one in January 2026 and it took me until March 11th to finish the install, partly cause I am 73. On this one I had some questions before turning it on and Mason got back to me the same day and asked me all the right questions and suggested trouble shooting. That one email answered all my questions without me even asking the right question. I was up and running the next day. I love TOSOT their products and their customer service is GREAT.
I purchased a Tosot Minsplit system from Tosot Direct in May of 2025. In December 2025 we chose to turn on the heat and received an error code that we had a leak in the freon lines. After calling out 2 technicians to inspect we discovered that outside unit had a leak internally. Falling the holiday season I reached out to customer service to replace this outside unit. After providing the documentation TOSOT needed, they immediately replaced the system. After thinking for a month I would have an argument to deal with, my issue was remedied with 2 emails.
