Extra security for Windows 10
I have Windows 10 installed on my computer when I bought it 4 years ago, however, due to upgrade of Windows to Windows 11, my computer is not compatible for the upgrade - all support is now stopped for Windows 10 -I need extra security cover as I am not willing to dispose of a good reliable working computer that cost me over £700,

Hi, I'm probably not the best person to write a review as I have brain cancer and I can't remember what Total AV does ATM. However I am getting a lot of pop up messages regarding turbo cleaner.

I noticed a suspicious payment taken…
I noticed a suspicious payment taken from my credit card to totalav when I checked back there was another payment taken on 02/07/26 I contacted my card provider Halifax who were as much use as a chocolate teapot . I've been trying to contact totalav but no luck . I haven't signed up to anything or purchased any products any yet I can't do anything about it the live chat doesn't work. BEWARE

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. They tricked my elderly 85 year old mother into subscribing with them and then charged her for over a year. They never once sent an email about the subscription and tried to stay off the radar so they could keep on charging her. She doesn’t have this software on any of her devices (I know because I manage her devices). We only discovered this scam when we checked my mothers bank statements. Shame on this company! And I’ll give you a clue - Windows comes with AV out of the box and buying 3rd party AV software is completely unnecessary and a complete scam.
