Seriously aggressive tactics when you try to exercise your 14 day refund. Took me saying about 5 times to stop sales pitching and just cancel. Took for a chargeback threat to get there.

My safety shield…
I was on Facebook looking at a cooking reel. I wanted the recipe so clicked on their sight. Thank You TotalAV for stopping a virus coming through from that sight!! TotalAV is my safety shield! Thankful
Avoid
A total scam of a company. I inadvertantly 'signed up' to THREE seperate accounts (Premium, Protection & Browsing VPN) on TotalAV through aggressive pop ups telling me my phone was infected. Took it to a phone shop & the guy there cleared it in seconds. I was charged at the time (£120 if I recall) but stupidly forgot about it. A year later they were charging me £198 a month via Paypal, who are now on to me to pay up as I managed to stop the 3rd payment via my bank. Currently £525 out of pocket for services I have not authorised. Contacted Total AV & still finding it impossible to cancel my THREE accounts with them. I have never signed up to, logged on, downloaded or created any account to any of their platforms or services. Customer service is a joke, I've tried six times to contact them but continually kicked back to step one. They sent links to each contract but you have to download the service & create accounts then cancel the three accounts seperately. At my wits end with Total AV & Papal (they're getting the chop next). I noticed someone got a reply from TotalAV after writing a poor review on Trustpilot for similar issues, I can only hope they contact me to clear my issues. Don't you just hate modern life? Avoid.

I recently was scammed out of large amount of money. So I decided to put a antivirus on my computer, laptop, and phone. Total AV had great reviews so I decided to try it. It was able to find all my infected subscriptions and locations. Saved me a huge amount of money. I am so glad I downloaded this antivirus program.
A breath of fresh air using Total AV
After some very annoying software products, I find that AV is a very fresh breath of air. It runs the programs, blocks the ads, and does the whole job without the constant interruptions that the other software providers I have used.
