When attempting to set up my account…
When attempting to set up my account and auto pay the representative was not helpful. In addition I was told I would have to pay an additional fee to pay by auto pay. This is the first time I have encountered any fee to pay my payment through auto pay.

O went in to make a payment and the young lady said your way ahead could you use a few extra dollars . I said I could for a car repair. Was very quick and used same records n information. Dylan very nice
