About this business
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by our Trustpilot page! Before you leave a review, we’d love to share a quick note about who we are. TRACK718 is a **free parcel tracking platform** — we’re not a seller or a courier company. Our job is simply to help you track your packages from over 3,000 carriers worldwide by showing you the latest tracking info directly from their official websites. If anything goes wrong with your delivery — like delays, missing items, or other issues — the best step is to reach out to the seller or the shipping carrier directly. They’re the ones who can help sort things out. Thanks so much for your understanding and support! — The TRACK718 Team

What reviewers say
AI generatedMost reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently state that their purchased packages often fail to arrive, and report issues with the online tracking system marking shipments as delivered. Many people explained that tracking updates can be delayed over several weeks, leading to missed payment dispute windows. Some reviewers were unhappy with financial losses associated with online stores linked to these shipping pages. Consumers also warned that communicating with customer support is entirely impossible, strongly urging others to contact their banks immediately for chargeback refunds.

Party to scam websites
The item sent for delivery was NOT delivered. They are part of the scam. They state item was delivered but could NOT, or would NOT provide contact information of who supposedly delivered this item in Australia. If they cannot provide this information then how can they track delivery. Total scam and no one seems to take action to shut them down.
NEVER DELIVERED!!!
Tracking said my package was delivered but I never received it. SCAM!!!!!!
Track718 is a scam delivery tracking…
Track718 is a scam delivery tracking service, used by scam retailers. Report the retailer to your bank if they use this site, and ask for a charge back.
Total scam & supporting bogus companies…
Total scam & supporting bogus companies conning innocent online shoppers. I reported them to PayPal who are now refusing any transactions for the purchase of goods from anh company with any prior association to this company. Note if you contact them they will direct you to trackerly.net. Trackerly will pretend it has located your parcel with a legitimate courier (in my case FedEX) then try to extract credit card details. Do not provide any information this is fishing & a scammer. I have reported them to FedEX as they are using their logo without permission. The aim is to shut them down and/or take legal action.
I am looking to start a class action…
I am looking to start a class action law suit against this company. I have contacted the government fraud department and the competition bureau as well

Fraudulent tracking SCAM
After placing my clothing order with Abebooko who advertise on Facebook I received confirmation from yfsupport who provided delivery details and a tracking Reference with Track718. They fraudulently claimed to have delivered the goods and subsequently offered to re-order and re-deliver. This process is fraudulent and I have asked my bank to reclaim my payment.

SCAM. Advised package delivered but no delivery received. If you ordered from China and you are advised that Track718.eu is the delivery company, then you are being scammed.
Big scam never trust
Scam operation
Scam operation! I should have learned that those FB ads are scams — but no! I fell for this — even though the seller APPEARED to be a legit company (large in-line chain store). I watched for my packages but none ever came, even though Track718 said it was delivered. Right!! Scam!!
This people are scammers
This people are scammers, I waited for my package 35 days and then they sent an email that it was delivered. I checked the security camera and no one never came that day. So basically they scammed me. The worst service ever and very bad costumer service. Be careful while using this
The police should arrest them and collect our money for us
Whether Track718 comes with .com, .us, .eu, .net or whatever dot they are same thieves. In my email I saw track718.com and Track718.net. Wherever you see Track718, whether it is .com, .us, .net or whatever it is a scam. I made an online purchase from two stores. Both stores sent me a email with an order number for my purchase and a tracking number. The tracking company they use is track718. They sent me messages through my email periodically. After one month, they finally they told me my parcel has been delivered. Even though I gave them my phone number I was never given a call. If you send them a email either it won't be go or it won't be answered. This tracking company is used to support online thievery. They are fake. The police should arrest them and collect our money for us.
