Ordered something from a website but…
Ordered something from a website but after ordering I became suspicious of the site because their own support email returned an email I sent. I was sent a tracking number and a link to track718.com. At first it said the shipment was in progress but after a couple days I checked again and now it can't find the tracking number. Obvious scam site.
I have reported this to the FTC, and filed an abuse complaint with the domain registrar both for track718.com and the website where I placed the order (dealofferable.com). Also filed a dispute with my credit card, so should get my money back but why doesn't someone put these losers out of business? Do a "whois" on such sites and file complaints with the abuse dept of their registrar. If the registrar fails to do anything they can lose their ICANN certification and won't be able to sell domains any more.

PART OF A SCAM - track718 is clearly part of an arguably well-organised scam. I purchased from kortschmoving which when I searched on Google, had a reasonably reputable rating reported. However, that’s where reputable ended. I presume the current Kortsch is a clone site. After purchase I received an email from becky at emservicet regarding processed payment and then a later email providing a tracking number and to use track718. Kortsch website track have no record of my order and emails to their customer service bounce. My bank even warned of the transaction, but as Kortsch’s reputation seemed ok, I authorised it. The (fake) tracking number even showed up on China Post Tracking for 24 hours before disappearing, then only showing up thereafter on Track718, which is given to you by emservicet.com. Because the (fake) tracking on 718 will eventually show the item delivered, but nothing arrives, as well as journey updates, the passing of time and “delivered” status makes it challenging to dispute the transaction. Unfortunately you don’t find out about emservicet.com until after the transaction is processed. A Google search on emservicet.com brings up lots of scam alerts etc, but by the time you get the opportunity to do research, the transaction is already processed. If you receive anything from emservicet.com, take action early as this process is clearly set up to provide as much delay as possible before disputing the transaction for a refund. Lesson learned, but this is a tricky one as initial research suggests all is fine.

SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...I paid 60.00 and was sent shipping info thru "track718.us.en and for 3 weeks followed the package from china/Hong Kong, thru customs and was to be dropped off at the local post office for delivery. The next day after that was posted the website went down and the link to customer service doesn't work and has a dns error(they took that down as well)...I hope someone catches these assholes and puts them in jail! With Bubba as the cellmate!!! OUCHHH. Giving 1 star because zero stars isn't an option!!!!!

Fake tracking site
This is definitely a fake tracking site that scammers use to make it look like your parcel is on the way. It gets 'updated' at regular intervals, but the goods never actually arrive at the destination. Unfortunately, the tracking site wasn't notified to us until after we had made payment obviously, so it's a clever ploy by scammers. However, we did a claim back through our credit card, presented them with the evidence, such as these reviews on Trustpilot, and were able to get a full refund via the credit card, which made us very happy!
