This a scam website used by China scammers for online scams on Facebook or TikTok. They give fake tracking that AI uses to follow a non-existing tracking number that eventually shows as delivered or sometimes to an incorrect address. If you receive tracking from this fake tracking site, immediately contact your bank for fraud.

Track718 is no longer available online
Track718 is no longer available online. The domain is up for grabs, as if anyone would want to buy a site named after a scam organization,...it now says "Buy this domain" when you try to go to the website,...they boogied! LOL).
The email addresses for the "seller" are "faina@easy-ser(dot)com" and "tracking@easy-ser(dot)com", which EVERYONE online says is a scam, i.e. they do not exist.
I sent a link to the article about the 11 people that were just executed by China for scamming people, due to complaints from other countries, including the USA.
The BIG giveaway in my case was when i got a tracking notice from them on the 29th of January 2026, that said my package was delivered on 1-30-2026,...LOL
They were stoopid enough to be telling me that my package was delivered on a date which hadn't even occurred yet. No one ever said scammers were smart or intelligent, but in order to keep the scam alive, you'd think they would be smart enough to know better than to try to say a package is delivered on a date which has not yet happened! Also, on the 29th, my bank caught them trying to take more money from my bank accounts. The bank caught it and shut them down, which caused me to close accounts, get new cards, etc,...the whole nine yards. I hope they find these scammers and do to them what the 11 in the article above had done to them.
The fact remains,....track718 facilitates the listings fro the scammers. Track718 acts like they don't know that scammers are ripping people off. Track718 wants to act like they're completely innocent. Track718 is no better than the people who ripped me off, and then those same people tried to do it again. Track718 is complicit with the scammers. If track718 was so innocent, why are they no longer available online? Track718 are criminals, just as much as the scammers.

Bought Bluetooth speaker under the Costco banner but received email confirmation from Hong Kong Chinese company and the tracking app 718 is bogus too. My credit card was compromised after the purchase. Goods never received although my tracking said delivered. Beware.

Scam vendors use this site to send fake tracking details, it will say the item is delivered but nothing shows up.
I have a camera system covering all possible entries to my delivery address and can verify that no delivery will be made!
If a vendor sends you tracking confirmation using this site you must immediately take action with your bank to reverse the charge, before long the vendor will close everything down and start up again elsewhere.
This site needs to be shut down for facilitating scams!

Total scam, do not buy from China!
Total scam. Bogus tracking details! I was emailed that the product had been delivered. “Total bullshit”. I guarantee the product had never even been dispatched.
Don't believe the replies from Track 718. Their link to assist goes no where. The sellers use this tracking service to keep the buyers confident enough that the product has been dispatched. Once the funds clear, you are told the product has been delivered. The seller doesn't respond and you only get bogus tracking details through Track 718. This scam has caught out many buyers. Just Google the tracking company. Easy solution, to not get scamed, don't by from China!!!!
