I ordered clothing from an 'apparent' US company and was directed to 718 for tracking, from China. Supposedly delivered Jan. 4. Never received. What could be an additional scam is a recurring $2.00 shipping fee that came on my CC account a few days after my order. It's little, I know, but scammers work hundreds or thousands of accounts.

Website said delivered after month of waiting and dodgy updates such as being transferred within my country about 5 times which never happened with any other courier. Nothing actually was delivered though.

SCAM BOGUS TRACKING EMAILS
SCAM BOGUS Tracking email: No seller listed, no destination carrier listed, no delivery address listed. All listed simply as unknown! No notifications between China and Sacramento, CA identified any carriers or facilities. Final notification claims package delivered. Yet, you all know that no package was delivered, because the seller took my money and scammed! Contacted Track718 to report missing package and got a generalized boiler plate response to contact the seller. Still waiting for a response, but obviously, the ‘seller’ is long gone with my money and many, many others who ordered from Gadivra on TikTok! A vender that is not part of verified TikTok Shop. Lesson learned!

I’ve been using Track718 for over a year now, and I’ve never had it show wrong info. Every update matches perfectly with my deliveries. It’s the only tracking site I trust completely.
The WORST
Absolutely woeful service. Not only was my package not delivered they gave me a link to a nonexistent company who they said we're the carriers. Doesn't even exist !! Just a horrible experience and if I could give minus scores I would. Minus 5 stars !! No accountability and then seem ok to have a disability pensioner get scammed 🤬 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Ordered December 5th. Still not received. It never gave any specific information as to what carrier would be delivering. It shown movement on Christmas Eve, but the time shown was 14 hours later than it was, and it was supposedly in the US at that time. Definitely a scam.
