When I first started with an interest in trading, it was all so strange, and TradeStation began to help it make sense. Since then--over 20 years ago--TradeStation *still* helps me trade with confidence. It's never let me down.
Great Customer service
I can always get ahold of someone in customer service. Platform is easy to understand and executes trades very quickly. I also use Roinhood and I hate it. I am staying with Tradestation.
TradeStation platform is the best platform I know
The TradeStation platform is the best platform I ever experienced. I tried many platforms and brokers. The order fill is also extremely fast. Specially for ones who like to program own indicators or trading systems TradeStation Easylanguage is the perfect tool to do that. If you have any programming questions the TradeStation Forum contains thousands of helpful program codes and tips and you get fast support. I use TradeStation now since over 20 years.

had a very disappointing experience…
had a very disappointing experience using your mobile options trading app. I was in a trade that was up approximately $16,000, but I was unable to sell my position because the app wouldn't let me exit the trade. I immediately called the trade desk and was on hold for over 25 minutes while the value of my position continued to change. By the time my order was finally executed, my profit had dropped to around $4,000. This was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the app had functioned properly or if support had been available more quickly. In addition, I believe the charting tools and technical indicators on the mobile app need significant improvement. More reliable order execution, better indicator functionality, and faster access to the trade desk would greatly improve the trading experience, especially for options traders where timing is critical. I hope you will investigate this incident and consider improving the platform to prevent similar situations in the future.also the $spcx 1st day was crazy in the app trading 😳

Easy to work it
A solid choice for committed traders
I've been using Tradestation for over a decade and my experience is good. TS is a professional grade trading platform, with immense possibilities to personalize your style and workspace. The learning curve is steep, but the level of customization is among the highest you can find in a trading platform, both for algo and discretionary traders. It has its flaws of course like any other software but for serious and committed traders is a solid choice.

It's a great platform, easy to use and they have many educational courses to help with the platform. Every time I've called support I have received the help I was asking for, I recommend them.

Great trading app
The best of the best.
I love the fact that I can creat my own indicators with easylanguage. I love the platform and How I am able to make it my own.Great customer service and great videos for just about everything you need to know. I have had just about every other broker you can think of and I have stayed loyal to tradestation.
