This high rating is purely for the live chat support because the person was very helpful and answered all my question. However, trading via TZ is not something I would recommend or if you do, make sure you read all their requirements clearly and ensure you understand their terms and conditions. Otherwise, you risk losing all your cash without being aware what has happened.
Customer service I've found is generally very good and responsive especially using the web chat. The browser software platforms are a mixed bag and not as good in regards to stability or usability compared to other brokers. You can trade on them, but about 10% of the time you will get some kind of drama. Do not use ZeroWeb. ZeroFree is free and works much better. Borrow fees and commissions are mixed, sometimes good, sometimes exorbitant.
