Did not send the certificate to dmv

Hi there. We want to clarify how the process works in California to help clear this up! By state law, traffic schools do not send certificates directly to the DMV, but rather to their TVCC database. This database is what the CA courts look at to process your completion. Our records show your completion was automatically submitted to the court via CTSI, and your certificate number was generated and emailed to you as proof on April 16. Once received, it is up to the specific court to process it and notify the DMV. The notes show that the completion was processed on April 23. If the court says they have not received your completion, we'd be happy to help you look into this. Please reach out to our support at 800-800-3579 with your login ID number so we can assist you further!

Self-paced and doesn’t log you out.
I liked that i could complete the course on my own schedule. I did it through my phone and kept the tab open. I liked that i didn’t have to sign in and out, but rather i could just pick up where i had left off. It didn’t log me out. :)
