The material provided gave me lots of ideas about how to teach my dog polite behaviour. He's a good dog and very friendly to other dogs and people, rather than being aggressive. I would like more information on how to keep him entertained. Loved being able to talk to a trainer, even though it was not so easy to work out the time differences between America and Australia. Having a town or city to put into time difference apps would have been helpful.
