Awful customer service and quite possibly a scam. Im Following up to a previous review of mine , it has been over 2weeks without any human communication regarding my locked account. It did say that my case has escalated and I would recieve a response within 48hr, it has been over a week since I recieved that automated message. I'm just trying to send my own money back myself into the same account it came from. I should add that my details had been fully verified including the account that was supposed to recieve the transfer.

I created an account 2 weeks ago and…
I created an account 2 weeks ago and payed money into it with the purpose of transferring to a third party, after passing verification i started the process of the transfer, then bang all that comes up is account restricted and i am unable to do anything with the account. I "contacted us"on numerous occassions and had no reply ,instructed to check the dashboard for info - nothing.asked the chatbot given the same answer check dashboard.Tried to phone ,no numbers given were valid, asked chatbot to speak to an agent- nothing. Clearly by now i am very angry and want my £350 back but am getting nowhere. I CAN ONLY SAY DO NOT USE SKRILL THEY ARE DREADFUL
