These have been a game changer for our sweet pitbull mix! She is noticeably less itchy and her tummy is visibly not red and irritated. Their customer service is amazing! When I had an issue with my auto ship , due to MY error, their response was almost immediate. They fixed my error! So incredibly thankful for their kindness and this product!!!

This made my dog sick. I gave it to him as instructed, half a dose with food and he threw up within an hour and half. I thought maybe he wasn’t feeling good or ate his breakfast too fast so I tried it at dinner and he threw up within an hour this time. I reached out to the Canada based company, and after 15 emails back and forth, was told I would not get a refund on both bottles because he didn’t use it for the 90 days as per the guarantee. I was told I could get a partial one for the unopened bottle but I’d have to pay a $15 restocking fee.

We started our Aussie Romeo almost a year ago with TRATEZ since he has bad seasonal allergies & we wanted to help keep his digestive system in balance. We have found good success with the affordability and speed of shipment to us to also be very pleasant and helpful in comparison to other wholistic options. He still gets monthly shots for his allergies but did notice a decent change in ear infections as well as his energy with the addition of these supplements!

We have a Labrador that has been plagued with hot spots for years. We have tried everything that has been suggested by 3 different vets and spent extensive amounts of time researching. Every idea has followed the same pattern... hot spots reduce within 2 weeks, stay reduced for 2 weeks (at best), and then a massive flare up. Topical and immune suppression medications would then be needed to keep our dog reasonably comfortable.
I'm so excited to say that using Tratez Probiotic and Skin supplements broke us free of the 4 week cycle! Actually, we are on week 8 with only 1 small hot spot found. It took a little while (maybe a couple weeks) to make a noticeable difference, Tratez has steadily made progress, and he hasn't been this comfortable since he was a puppy.

I am pleased with the supplements, however it takes an extremely long time getting the shipment, so much so that I need to find alternatives for my two dogs, especially for the eldest with severe knee arthritis.

Our 13 year old yellow lab was starting to lose control of her back legs and unable to go up and down steps without slipping backwards. We were wondering if we were close to losing her. I ordered Tratez with caution on what would it do. Two weeks into her getting two chews per day we noticed a much stronger stance and stride when she walked. She wasn’t limping on her back legs anymore. She wasn’t hesitating at the bottom of the stairs, wondering if she could make it, she was going right up and down. She doesn’t have the look of defeat in her face anymore. I would recommend this to anyone with an older dog. But, I wouldn’t wait until you see the signs of trouble. I would start a few years earlier to help them before issues start.

Took a while, but after taking Traetz for 3 months my piti/lab mix no longer hobbles. Her back leg/hip joint move freely and without limping. Can't ask for better results than that.

My dog was definitely slowing down. Walks were taking longer and longer. she’s a rescue mix, so I don’t know what breed she is or how old she is , so I was kind of lost as to where to look for help. I first I tried the food from Oprah‘s vet and they did absolutely nothing for her. Next I tried the food from Chuck Norris and again no results. Finally I found Tratez and slow but sure I could see her getting back to her old self. She jumps up now to go for a walk , runs outside to get in the car. I have my girl back! With a vet visit getting a steroid shot and the skin treatment my dogs hot spots started to heal. I thought I was good and stopped the skin care after it ran out. I'm started up again and keeping her on the skin care chews.
