Effective product and fantastic customer service. Worth every penny!
Customer service response is always quick, effective, and friendly. The product is a bit pricy but it’s the only thing I’ve found that works almost immediately to control my dogs’ dry skin issues. During the winter, especially— which are long here in Maine— both my dogs end up licking themselves when their skin dries out. Tratez prevents that and keeps their coats shiny and soft.
This means so much — thank you. 💛 I know we’re not the cheapest option out there… but hearing that it’s the only thing that works (and works fast) for your pups’ dry winter skin makes it all worth it. Especially Maine winters — those are no joke. 🥶🐾 No more constant licking, just soft, shiny coats? That’s the goal. And I’m so glad our team has been there for you too — we really do care. Thank you for trusting us with your dogs.
