I purchased the personalized T-shirt and apron. I haven’t received the apron yet, but I love the T-shirt. The only issue I had was, it’s way too big. After I looked at my order, I forgot to put in the correct size, otherwise, I absolutely love it!

I ordered the personalize baker top with my wifes name on it, and when we received it. It had the bakers print on the front, but back of the top it had the sewers print. very disappointed

I brought the mat as a Christmas Gift for a close friend who has a Frenchie. He absolutely loved it and was so happy with it. I ordered a door matt that came folded up in a envelope and was full of creases and wrinkles when I asked customer service how to get my matt to lay flat they told me to take a 10 min shower with Matt and out something heavy on it for two days didn't do anything still a wrinkled mess. They offered me a 20%refund. Big deal matt is still useless. 40$ piece of junk. Waste of money and customer services is a joke ;
In order for the carrier to deliver your package easily, we need to fold the doormat. Therefore, we sincerely appreciate it if you could follow our guidelines in the email and reshape your doormat.
Could have been better 'process explained', we found it hard to see what we could get and couldn't get access too at each payment option. We put our 5 Frenchies on ours, but the colour options didn't all match really, we went with the closest option, for 2 of our dogs. Should consider adding spots on/off, or muzzle colour change/ eye patches on /off? It took a while to arrive, due to Royal Mail Strike, but it is FABULOUS. 🤩😍. I'd re-order again, in a heartbeat m, if I could 100 % change all the text and colour match with my dogs better.

Got exactly what I ordered! I got a custom frenchie rug with all 3 of my dogs and their names on it. Shipping did take a while, but its a custom order so delays are expected.

All sizes is +1 or +2 sizes bigger. Maybe USA standarts, but if bay from EU, need be careful. I bay 7 pcs all now "Lying on a shelf"

I received my shirts and loved them! I wore one yesterday and got rave reviews. I ordered an XLarge but a large would have worked. That was my fault. I look to order again in the future. The shirts are lighter and cooler than my chef's coats and will work better in Florida!
