Do not order from this company... they have dishonest business Practices when it comes to production and shipping times. I ordered 150 buttons for a event and the day they said they would arrive they had not even been made yet (in production) and am being told if I pay more money for shipping they will make them faster.... and now are telling me maybe another 2 to 3 weeks and they will be after the event. Please choose another company.

Did not receive my order in time for our event. Epic fail because I could have ordered from another company that would have been delivered on time. Order is arriving today however the event is today and over an hour away. I might add that I paid a premium to ensure delivery was on time and they failed. In addition, no communication that the delivery was not going to arrive on time.
I create a "foam collapsible coolie" 1 color on both sides with 2 different images. Set up was easy. Proof came right away. Order was done in a week and arrived safely. I was a little concerned that the barcode I put on the back might have issues scanning, but so far, no problems! I was able to track the order and if I had questions, the "chatbot" was able to answer them for me.

EXCELLENT product! I’m still shocked at the price for the product and the fast delivery, I am one to research before making a purchase. Every other company charged at least twice as much with available delivery dates far beyond the date I needed. I received 200 top quality custom bracelets in less than a week. UNBELIEVABLE! Their shipping times, even expedited are considered estimated (which I understand) but a sway of "the overall timeline of the order can extend by 7-14 additional business days" is absolutely unacceptable when I customer pays to expedite their shipping. I completely understand that once a product leaves the facility, it is outside of the companies control but if you cannot guarantee to ship a product from your facility in a timely manner, you should not offer such upgrades. My product shipped out on the day I expected to receive it as I paid for expedited AND waived my proof review so that there would be no issues. My payment was taken out at the time of purchasing so there was also no issue with payment being made. I now have 100's of a product that will arrive after the event I had planned them for. Had I known this was going to be an issue I would have ordered from another company that I had ordered from in the past. We were trying to give Imprint a try because they offer some items that our other company does not (though not the items purchased this time). I also felt passed around as someone else's problem. First I attempted chat who said they couldn't advise anything in regards to shipping & instructed me to call. The customer support person I spoke with was very dismissive even though I was polite and instructed me to open a support ticket. I did so and then the person sent me a copy and paste about shipping. When I asked how that answered my concern, I was then told the above statement about it taking 7-14 business days longer. Terrible customer service, terrible production timing, and I still haven't received my product...
