I ordered a shirt from their website. The shirt I received does not look like the picture of the shirt I ordered. The material is also not the same. I have tried contacting them 3 times via emailing their service department and have not received a response. Their website says the company is based in Texas. This is obviously a China scam site.
I ordered three blouses from this company supposedly based in Bryan, Tx. After two weeks I did finally receive my package from somewhere overseas. I placed an order for two blouses and then went back the same day and ordered another one. I got free shipping with the first order but was charged shipping for the second. I was expecting two separate packages but received just one even though I had payed a shipping fee for a second package. The worst part is the disappointment I had when I opened up my packages. The pictures were so beautiful! I was so excited about these blouses. The product although similar, looked very different. Very poor quality! Not worth the cost that was charged. They were “on sale”. I never would have bought these shirts based on the quality alone. I would advise against buying anything from this company. I wouldn’t even give them a one. I have learned a very valuable lesson. Should have done my research first!
I ordered a top, but I ordered the wrong color. There was a notice stating to order the size you normally order and that the sizes ran true to size. The top was about $35.00. When the item arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong color, but the top was way too small and smelled terrible of a chemical smell. I emailed them requesting a return label. They responded saying that they do not provide return labels and all I would receive as a refund was $15, or I could pay for shipping to a US address (the company was in China) and they would refund my entire amount. I chose to keep the item (I donated it) and take the $15. The tone of the email was very rude. I reported them to Better Business Bureau and will never order from them again. Of course it didn't state on the website that the item would be coming from China.
