The transaction was a bit complicated because the buyer disappeared for about 3 days. Customer support also took a while to reply, and they basically told me I had to wait until the buyer responded.
I'm giving 4 stars because I think Trestiq should make both sides more responsible from the moment a transaction starts, so situations like this don't drag on.
That said, everything else was fine, and in the end I was able to close the deal successfully. The buyer later said they had no Internet connection for those three days, so... yeah.
