Terrible experience with this company, would not recommend from the prospect of professionalism alone. I applied for a loan in early July and was contacted by Danielle, my lawyer sent them all the information the following day after I spoke to her. I did not hear back until I had to call for an update a week later. Called one more time received no answer, sent two e-mails that were responded to as “will get back to you after following up on your case” the last week of July and as of today still have not received a response. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional, would’ve respected it more if they flat out told me they couldn’t get me approved for whatever reason instead of having me wait with false hope I could get approved.

I informed the representative (DJ) of my case and the extent of my injuries. It took almost 2 weeks to get an answer and then he tells me to call the underwriter. I call the underwriter and he tells me that I can't get funding until AFTER my surgery. This would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago. Now, I am scrambling to get financial help bc my income has been halved! Thank you for nothing Tribeca.

my girlfriend had gotten a loan from them for 3 grand about 8 months ago . she just recently applied for another one and was denied . she sead her law firm did and sent everything they were suppose to they even told her that she was approved she is about to lose her car now because of this . I'm writing this review because I don't understand how she got approved for the first loan no problem but gets denied for a 2nd one . it says there's no limit on how many loans you can receive and I no for a fact that her case will be in her favor with more than enough to pay these loans back . she's in tears now frustrated and don't understand why she was denied . why didn't she get denied for the first one . why the second . she did everything and her law firm did everything Theye were suppose to .

Ms. Marshall, we are a bit confused by your review. We repeatedly requested information from your law firm without a reply. Calls and emails went unanswered for 2 weeks. Then finally your law firm provided the case docs after requesting an esigned authorization and HIPAA release. The case documentation is required to evaluate your funding request and once we have them that is when the clock starts ticking. But less than 24 hours later you canceled your request before we were able to fully review the documentation. The irony is that we would have approved your pre settlement cash advance. Regardless, we wish the best outcome from your lawsuit.
