Had to jump through hoops to get a refund for my smart home system that I went a year without. Ash Johnson provided poor communication, never followed up properly and I still never received my refund. Rent keeps going up and does not include lawn care and every time a maintenance person comes out they never clean up behind themselves. Lastly Customer service will always give you the runaround. I can honestly say I would NOT recommend Tricon to anyone I know.

I have had a very good experience with Tricon from the start, which was October 2025. Whether it was communication and working with the Property Manager or scheduling and receiving maintenance, the response has been great. I referred a friend to Tricon because I was so impressed.

I have been dealing with the same issue (hvac - no a/c) for several weeks to no avail. I called the emergency line and I was told someone would contact me within a few minutes. It’s been several hours since that call and I haven’t had any contact. Two people came out on different days to tell me the same thing - it’s broken and needs to be replaced. My son has medical issues and I have had to buy many fans and portable air conditioners. It is at the point where I will need to go to a hotel.

I recently moved into a home with Tricon, and the entire process was easy and seamless. There were a few items that needed repair, but I waited until I was fully moved in and had been in the home for a few days to identify any additional issues. Once I submitted the maintenance request, a technician arrived within two days. He was able to repair two of the three items and informed me that he would return as soon as possible to complete the remaining repair. Overall, my experience with Tricon has been very positive so far, and I’m pleased with their responsiveness and customer service.

Tricon has responded expeditiously whenever I’ve had a need pertaining to the property. And that’s been three minor issues. All of their staff that I’ve encountered have been amazingly professional and knowledgeable. I’m so pleased with the property I’m renting and that’s because Tricon insured the property was in excellent condition when I moved in and I’m making sure to keep it in that condition.
