My husband bought me a ring from TriJewels that was beautiful when I received it. Unfortunately, it lost a stone within the first few weeks. The company repaired it free of charge under the warranty, which I appreciated. However, about six months later, after the warranty had expired, another stone fell out. Given the cost of the ring, I don't think stones should be falling out so easily. Before posting this review, I contacted customer service to try to find a satisfactory solution. They offered to replace the missing stone again and suggested upgrading to a channel-set ring, but I would have had to pay additional money even though the ring cost was less than the original price of the ring purchased. At that point, I had lost confidence in the ring and company. While customer service (Vijay) was responsive, we couldn't reach a resolution that I felt was fair. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this ring based on my experience.
Hi Jessica Sorry we have not been able to come to a solution we gave you all options , we can use the old metal and stones and make you a new ring too at our cost , what we cannot do is exchange it for another stone size or stone after you have worn the ring more than 7 months , matter of fact we have not even seen the ring yet to determine how we can help you in the best way possible. Communication was excellent-Shipping was fast-The price was unbeatable-I looked at a very similar ring at a local jewelry store that was double the price (and it claimed it was on sale!)

I came across this company by accident and I’m glad I did. I was nervous as 1st with all the scams these days that I didn’t want to just buy something online so I reached out through there website. I got a response the same day from the owner of the company. To complicate things I ask him to make me something that was on his website but in 18K, with no hesitation he committed. Not only did it arrive before the day he told me it would be in, a whole week. Shipping was included but I decided to pick the item up in person and I was very happy with it and the staff. From the very beginning of trying to get this ring created I had excellent communication with Rupa. As soon as I put my order in she contacted me to verify the size of ring. Just to make sure I got the right size she even sent me a ring sizer. This is a gift ring for my sister for Mother's Day. It is a Mother's ring. I had an engraving put on the ring and Rupa contacted me to make sure that it is what I wanted. She sent and I received the ring quickly. It is absolutely beautiful! Exquisite!
