Improved design vs my previously cover.
Improved design vs my previously cover. No specific instructions for my Tacoma, a bit confusing but I figured it out after one call to support.

All the staff for Truck bed supplies were amazing. I screwed up and order the wrong cover. They were amazing with the exchange. I recommend Truck bed supplies to everyone. With me they earned a customer for life. The lady that I talked to the most Ria was amazing and if I had a question I didn’t have to worry if someone was gonna reach back to me, she was always on top of it and never forgot about my needs. Thank you everyone. Special thanks to Ria!

Ria is the greatest customer service rep ever!
Ria is the greatest customer service rep ever! She was exemplary throughout the entire process where we worked together to resolve fitment issues with the original tonneau cover I received. As much of a pain as it was to encounter the fitment issue in the first place, and have to perform many different troubleshooting steps to ultimately arrive at a solution, Ria made the entire resolution process as pain-free and pleasant as she possibly could have. Excellent communication skills, response times, clarity & transparency. I now have a working tonneau cover, thanks to Ria.

Purchased a bedcover for my Toyota Tundra recently and this company helped me thru a pretty significant issue that was not their fault whatsoever. I simply reached out to get guidance knowing they would not be able to anything themselves but they proactively solved it for me. I didn’t ask them or pressure them to help me…they offered and followed through to the end. I am beyond amazed and have never received customer like this in my 49 years. Needless to say, I highly suggest making a purchase thru this company.

No permanent bed modifications and easy to install
I am a 75-year-old man. I was able to install this cover myself. I chose to cover because it was no drilling into truck bed and it was easy to install.

Order the FAS topper tonneau /…
Order the FAS topper tonneau / softopper combo from you guys. The product seems to be too narrow and not fitting well on my bedrails, when I deploy my topper the bedrails bow inward due to them hanging roughly 1" beyond the end of the bedrail and not sitting flush. Ive tried reaching out but not recieved any answers from support. My solution thus far has been extra washers and different mounting clamps to bring the tonneau track more inline with the bedrail. Currently the product still bows inward but much less. Hopefully someone sees this and reaches out. Cheers

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We'd like the opportunity to review your installation and determine the best solution for your setup. We've sent you an email, please reply at your convenience so we can gather a few additional details and work toward a resolution. Poorly engineered BAKflip G2 rails
I purchased a BAKflip G2. I'll give them a five star for price and customer service as they were very good about sending me a part that was missing from the order. However, the rails for the cover are poorly engineered. It was impossible to get the rail to be level as it always tilted down regardless of how the clamps were adjusted. If you examine the rails, it has a small wedge shaped foam piece which fits against the inside of the truck bed. The foam piece is thicker at the top than at the bottom. This causes the rail to tilt down when tightened to the side of the bed. The foam wedge needs to go in the opposite direction. Much wider than currently supplied at the bottom and thinner at the top. I added a foam piece I made to the rails (thicker at bottom) and reinstalled the rails. Perfectly level !!! So BAKflip gets a 1 star for the design. Once installed it was an exact fit lengthwise.and looked like it will seal well against rain.
