Awesome. Unbeknownst to me prints were lost in the mail. Owner quickly corrected and sent out a new set of prints. I spend time meticulously adjusting the depth of blacks, highlights, contrast, definition etc, every time the quality of prints match my expectations. Even sent some iPhone black and whites images in just to see how they would turn out and I remain pleasantly surprised. Ordering is easy and prints arrive promptly. Quite satisfied.
