Love True Classic! As a taller guy, I've always struggled to find shirts that fit. I saw True Classic come up on my social media and decided to give it a try. I'm sure glad that I did! I've been a customer for over three years now and my closet is full of TC gear. Not only is the clothing first rate, but their customer service is stellar as well. It's so easy to return something that doesn't fit - and True Classic is quick to credit your account to make things right. Outstanding Customer Service & Fantastic T-Shirts
I initially ordered a pack of Pima cotton T-shirts, but unfortunately the wrong size was sent. Mistakes happen, so what truly matters is how a company responds—and True Classic couldn’t have handled it better.
Their customer service team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They arranged a replacement immediately with no hassle, making the whole process quick and stress-free.
As for the T-shirts themselves, the quality is excellent. The Pima cotton is exceptionally soft, comfortable, and feels much more premium than many other brands I’ve tried. They fit well, wash nicely, and are perfect for wearing on their own or under a shirt.
I was so impressed with both the product and the level of customer service that I immediately ordered another 4-pack. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Highly recommended.
