I saw Martin in an instagram or…

I saw Martin in an instagram or facebook reels add. I am in Orlando and was already looking to buy true classic for him, “short”!length. Saltiness great customer service. It would have been better if the proving of medical professional was easier, so didn’t get the 20% off. So, the two men there were awsome and made us feel special. We will wait patiently for Pima to be in short length, but got the classic in short and Martin ordered them for us.

Victor was great and knowledgeable

Victor was great and knowledgeable. As soon as we came in and I told him I knew the brand from YouTube ads he pointed towards the section with the shirts that I saw in the Ads. He went out of his way to explain the different colours and gave advice on how to prevent them from shrinking. Really appreciate it

Awesome experience!

Came to santa clara valley fair store and Victor helped me with the denim I need. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and even managed to give me a promotion deal like the website buy 2 save $20. A+ customer service! Thank you!

Underrated clothing brand

Underrated clothing brand. Every time I come here to browse I can’t help but take something with me. What started off as just curiosity turned into further and further inquiry. Shout out to Ozzie who was super helpful and made it easy for me to find what I was looking for.

Good fit but not great quality

The t shirts fit well and look good when brand new, but I find they don’t wash well and some colours start to look worn quite quickly. I wouldn’t buy them again. I’m not convinced they are good quality

Great experience

The assistant manager who helped me was wonderful - knowledgeable, speedy, helpful. He was great. I am not one who enjoys being in a mall. He had me in and out very fast, which I totally appreciated.

This has been the easiest 5 stars ever

This has been the easiest 5 stars ever. I ordered a pack of 6 tees and when they arrived I was very excited and as soon as I slipped one on, I understood what all the hype was about, they're super comfy and fit perfectly. I'm about 6.2 tall and about 93kgs and the large (tall) fit me perfectly. I had an issue with 3 tees shrinking and within a few minutes after dealing with Dave from Customer support, I was able to upload some images as evidence and on the same day they had dealt with the issue and a replacement order was confirmed via email, so impressive, thanks Dave! I've been given some advice on how to hopefully mitigate shrinkage on the new tees on the way! If you are considering these, go for it, you won't be disappointed. Thanks True Classic! And PS, I love the ads!

Great customer service

Great customer service. I usually hate it when I cannot reach customer service on the phone. However, this was a different and excellent experience using email and texts! I heard back almost immediately and my questions were answered and I was assured my concern was being taken care of. Customer service has FOLLOWED up twice since with more reassurance and an update on my order.

Great shirts; outstanding customer service

I was really impressed with the customer service when one of my shipments had a hiccup in transit. Ramon, my customer service rep, was incredibly helpful and timely with help, and resolved the issue within hours. I sincerely appreciate the personal experience! Very happy and satisfied. Great shirts, too!

Great experience

Victor was super helpful in showing us around the store. There was a lot to look at and he pointed us in the right direction. The other employees were very helpful in finding sizes not on the shelf and I only had to order one thing online. Overall great experience and I would recommend this store to my friends.
