Great customer service
Great customer service. I usually hate it when I cannot reach customer service on the phone. However, this was a different and excellent experience using email and texts! I heard back almost immediately and my questions were answered and I was assured my concern was being taken care of. Customer service has FOLLOWED up twice since with more reassurance and an update on my order.
