I ordered some kick-ass t's from true clsssic. There were delivery issues unrelated to true classic and solely the responsibility of the delivery carrier, but as soon as I informed "true classic" that their product wasn't delivered and I had a couple notices stating it couldn't be delivered, they were immediately all over it. I did NOT expect this level of customer service! It's been amazing. Four different communications over a couple hours trying to make sure this got corrected and I got my delivery. I'm kinda speechless. This doesn't happen anymore in today's retail world. I'm really really happy and impressed with this level of service and concern from the company to assure customer satisfaction. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend
Absolutely shocking experience with True Classic. I was told my refund had been processed, but the money was never actually refunded. This was not a small amount, and having to chase a company for money they claimed they had already returned is completely unacceptable.
If you say a refund has been processed, the customer should actually receive it. At this point, I have zero trust in this company and would never recommend True Classic to anyone.
Very disappointing and honestly feels like a scam.

I ordered a six pack of white tees from them by Amazon. 3 of them completely failed at the neck seam, huge hole from poor stitching, the other three were solid.
Not expecting much as most customer service is horrible these days, I sent an email explaining the issue. I was quickly contacted and sent a few screen shots of my order info from Amazon and pics of the 3 shirts. Less than 24 hours later, replacements were sent and no need to return the defective ones (not that they were usable, but to not have to ship back product that was defective made the process simpler)
2 months later, the replacements are holding strong.
The great fit and quality of the shirts are one thing, but to have this simple of a no hassle replacement is something you don’t see much of these days from companies. They will be my first stop for shirts in the future not just for quality but also for customer service.

Victor was great, helped me with new selections I didn’t already have, and pointed out all the discounts available. At check out, he checked the online store to make sure I was getting the same low price! Great customer service, check out the Valley Fair Mall store!
I randomly ordered True Classics t shirts and liked the fit. I needed more as I was going on a trip as they are very comfortable. Ordering online would not help and Target didn’t have collection or size. Luckily found a store in Florida Mall and it has very good collection. Martin helped me with everything and was hands on with everything i could think of. Good experience.
Amazing buying experience, as soon as we came in we were greeted, and Martin helped us out the entire time, great knowledge on the fabrics, colors, fit, everything. Tip: Ask or check for promotions like buy 2 or 3 get some % off. I just got a new job and bought most of my new wardrobe there and at a discount, definitely will come back for more.

I had an excellent experience with True Classic at The Florida Mall!
I originally made my purchase online, but a few of the items were bigger than expected. I called the store to see if I could exchange them in person, and Martin went above and beyond. He actually set aside the correct sizes for me so they would be available when I arrived.
Once I got to the store, the entire exchange process was completely flawless. Everything was ready, the staff was friendly and professional, and the level of customer service was honestly more than I expected.
It’s great to see a company stand behind both its online purchases and in-store customers like this. True Classic has definitely earned my business and is now my go-to store for clothing.

As soon as I walked in, victor was sorta like personal shopping assistant. He was very attentive and friendly, he went out of his way to help in the best way. He was fun and energetic.. at checkout sofiya stepped in to help bag the shirts.. she was also very friendly and they both made the shopping experience joyful and pleasant. I’d definitely be back!!!
I am seriously so impressed with their customer service. They went over and beyond to help me with an issue that I had. Even my husband was blown away by them. They responded so quickly and kindly. I wish more companies could be like this! True classic just earned our business for life now.
Had a great experience at True Classic thanks to Victor, the assistant manager. From the moment I walked in he was welcoming and genuinely helpful no pressure, just honest advice on fit and what would actually work for me. He clearly knows the products inside and out and took the time to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. The shirts are excellent quality, but it was Victor’s service that turned a quick stop into a reason I’ll be coming back. If you’re on the fence, ask for Victor. Highly recommend.

These t-shirts are very well made with super soft fabrics and amazing fits. They are everything advertised. We've ordered several times. We recently ordered a t-shirt that didn't hold up well, which was a surprise as the quality has always been so good. I emailed and asked about a refund or exchange and the team at True Classic quickly responded with a link to submit a claim. Within minutes of submitting a couple photos and some order info, I received an email that the replacement was ordered and would ship in a couple days. I couldn't believe how responsive and friendly they were. This isn't the experience I have everywhere so it was wonderful. Thanks again, True Classic. We'll be ordering again in the future.

Great customer service. I’ve purchased long sleeve dress shirts, long sleeve pullovers, short sleeved collared polos, their classic T shirts, underwear, plus the latest long sleeved wick designed pullover which I intend to wear for cool weather golf. Never a problem with an associate. They understand their customer’s wants and needs. Plus, style and design are superb.
The associate who helped us was attentive in the best way possible! He was there to help us and answer any questions we had without being pushy. The Southlake location is our favorite because of the staff and shopping experience at this location every time we come in. He was quick to offer to order additional sizes and ship them to us since the store did not have them in stock. The t shirts feel amazing and fit great. 10/10 will be back!
Easy to buy direct, no better 3rd party pricing. My only issues from stopping me buying every shirt they have is im losing weight and changing sizes. These actually help tremendously with that as they never look too big or baggy even though i could do next size down. High quality and trusted seller.

Used to be perfect, now extremely poor quality
I first bought some t shirts years ago. Loved them and bought more. They were absolutely amazing. Exactly as advertised, perfect around the stomach and Iv never seen a shirt like this around the arm. It was the best product. However, I just recently bought the same exact shirts a couple months ago and let me tell you the product has completely changed. Not only was the fabric less soft, the shirt is now the typical fit that all other t shirts are on me. The sleeves around the arm stick out like a traditional $5 shirt from Walmart. Around the chest is tight and the fabric is an obvious lesser quality. I am not one to write reviews. I want to love this brand, but in my experience and opinion they went down hill and are no longer the quality and perfect fit that it once was. I may try again. Perhaps it was just a bad batch and I happened to get one from that batch. But for the cost and disappointing experience, I’m definitely not the returning customer I once was.

Very disappointed sizing wrong and didn't get a full refund.
Very disappointed. Used their sizing guide and the size ended up being too small. Asked for a return and had no problem returning. But the kicker is, their size was wrong and it I didn't get a full refund. Cost me $27.90 for their mistake. I will never order from them again. Probably will not order clothing online again.

Really frustrating company
Really frustrating company. The shirts are comfortable but way overpriced and I was surprised to get one with a big hole in it. If you need to make a return well get ready to take a few days off work , away from your family and friends, so that you have time to process your request. They have an AI driven maze that you will painfully crawl through and if you are persistent enough, and get over being ignored on your first attempt, you might make it through and get a slow response via text chat from a skilled bullshit artist who most certainly will find a lack of merit in your plea for tee shirt justice. Overall, the shirts are marketed to out of shape guys like myself as they are made tight in the chest and arms and loose in the gut region so as to make you appear muscular while hiding your dad gut. I guess they figure if their customers are too lazy to hit the gym then for sure they will never be able stand up to their grueling obstacle course of a return policy. Well guess what, they have inspired me to get off of my ass and get back in shape and go buy a normal decent damn t-shirt for a tenth of the price.
