Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend Absolutely shocking experience with True Classic. I was told my refund had been processed, but the money was never actually refunded. This was not a small amount, and having to chase a company for money they claimed they had already returned is completely unacceptable. If you say a refund has been processed, the customer should actually receive it. At this point, I have zero trust in this company and would never recommend True Classic to anyone. Very disappointing and honestly feels like a scam.
