What an incredible group of people! The staff was genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful in addressing all my needs. The shirts were exactly as described, and I ended up purchasing over 30 t-shirts and v-necks. As a 5’6” tall person, the short option in t-shirts didn’t make me look shorter, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible shipping and service. Bought before and material is extremely cheap. Returning this stalled order when/if it finally comes in. I cant reply so I'll write here: I asked for the t shirt to be switched. your team said "we move very quickly" so it's too late, on Thursday. It's now Tuesday and the package hasnt even been shipped yet. Also the reply from staff was loaded with attitude. High price for at best average quality goods is one thing, but when there's no attempt to help the customer when you clearly had ample time, takes the biscuit. Premium price for poor service, and so far average-at-best quality

I purchased a 6 T-shirt bundle. The delivery was quick and the quality of the T-shirts is excellent - great feel and fit. One of the T-shirts wasn’t the colour I ordered but this has been quickly rectified, sending me an extra T-shirt at no extra cost - excellent customer service. Thank you True Classic, I’ll be back!

DO NOT BUY TRUE CLASSIC PRODUCTS. CHEAP CHINESE TRASH. Thin, flimsy, see-through shirts with loose necks at an extremely high price. DO NOT BUY. They look like the sloppiest garbage on you. I got ripped the $#^k off. Don't trust the higher reviews... the Low Review are correct, these shirts have changed over the years. They used to be quality, now they're the common crap you get on any website. These shirts are insanely baggy. I'm 6'1 wearing a medium (which should obviously be snug on some level...) and it's loose, baggy horrible looking garbage. These are Flea Market quality right out of a dumpy Chinese factory; go look it up online. I got RIPPED OFF. I ordered 10 of these. These are expensive shirts. Again, these are NOT the product they sold years ago... the Lower Reviews are remarking the same thing. My man-teets literally show through these shirts... they advertise you. That's how God damn thin they are... that is how thin. If you have a hairy chest it's going to look horrifying. Ripped off again from another garment site! Can't trust anyone these days... everyone's getting Chinese garbage from the same place overseas and advertising it as Premium Quality. Brick and Mortar stores now and almost all the online Brands. It's really pathetic. These people don't care either... think about it... for all the cheap shirts at the insane pricing that ARE NOT returned, they're making money hand-over-fist. That's why they do this. They don't care. Scammers. Rip off. More of my hard earned money wasted and scammed out of me. Time wasted and everything. Again. You have been warned.

True classic tees used to be great: tees that were well cut, high quality, and very well priced. Unfortunately over the past three years they've gone in the opposite direction. They are very expensive, low quality, and the cut just unfortunately and, pun absolutely not intended, doesnt make the cut. They're very expensive and I've been very disappointed with the last few T-shirts I bought from them. Once a very loyal shopper, now I buy my T-shirts elsewhere.

I wanted to give this brand a try but unfortunately the shirts do not fit the way they are marketed to. They look like any shirt you’d buy in a pack at Walmart. After 2 washes there’s already a hole in 2 of the shirts. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent on 3 normal T-shirts you can literally get anywhere else. It’s getting a 2 star instead of 1 because one of the shirts was smaller than the other and looked better despite being all the same size (Medium). I recommend you get a size one down than your usual size if you don’t want to be disappointed with the fitment. Or better yet, save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Customer service and quality were great. I’m a shorter guy and I’m very picky with how shirts fit me. I tried on like, at least 7 different styles while I was there. One of the clerks showed me his recommendations for shirts since he was also on the short side (<5’5), and how it fit on him. Everyone was very friendly and patient, and for a guy who’s on the “skinny fat” side (i’ve got a gut but very slim not muscular arms and chest) I thought the fit was nice!

I ordered my jeans in 3 colors. When I got them they were a little too big so I exchanged them. During the exchange process I ended up with 3 pair in the right size but all the same color. I contacted customer service and they were extremely professional and apologetic. They pretty much immediately set up a corrected order. They made the process very simple and elevated the stress of going through the return process.
