Ordering and delivery are good. Products not so good.

Ordering and delivery are good. Unfortunately the products are not. Supposed premium quality Pima cotton t-shirts that completely loose shape after a couple of washes and are very short in the body. I’m not tall (5’8”) and they barely reach the top of my jeans. Also, ankle socks that barely clear your ankle.

Ordered according to the size chart but…

Ordered according to the size chart but the tshirts were too small. The refund/exchange process was easy once I emailed support and they sent me the link. Very nice shirts and soft material for sure. Exchanged for a bigger size.

I have ordered twice now from True…

I have ordered twice now from True Classic and have found their customer service and deliveries much better than most in line providers, the quality is as advertised, no bait and switch which is prevalent on on line shopping sites, you can purchase with confidence that you will get what your expecting.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality. I'm 6 ft tall and I bought a 7 pack of the Pima cotton tees. They shrunk so much you can see my stomach , they don't even reach my pants any more. This happened after about 5 washes. They fade terrible. Reached out to custoemr service, I spent $280 with them, I only asked for them to replace my t shirts, I bought other long sleeves as well that suffered the same fate. They offered me a $30 credit. I went to try and buy 1 shirt and that does not even get me 1 shirt! After shipping and taxes I still had to pay $25.. even that is ridiculous. Crap customer service, crap shirts. Stay away, waste of money, extremely overpriced.

Bought for my bf

Bought for my bf. First items came ok, though quality of material is average at best. I made a second order. It's been sitting in their warehouse for almost a week. Then customer service had the cheek to sat the package (adressed to Patrick), was ordered on the 21st so its "still within their processing window" when they know damn well it was ordered on the 16th. They made a poor attempt at resolving it by throwing in a cheap single v neck. It's been sat at their location for almost a week. At this point I just want a full refund. And their "resolution depratment" has either been AI or loaded with ambivilance and/or robotic replies. Don't waste your money here

Fantastic service from Martin in the Florida Mall Store. Very helpful. Never order shit online at a store and he made it so quick and easy I spent a lot more than I thought I would. Great job. Great product.

A True Classic Customer Service

I wrote a previous review of True Classic and I gave them 1 star, you can go back and read it. Since then True Classic has responded and approached me to put things right. I have to admit they have tuned my view 180 degrees. Raleigh From their escalation team wrote to me a very nice e mail explaining to me that my experience is not typical or acceptable by True Classic, without any prompt they have refunded my total order including shipping and offered to send me replacement t shits. This is a sign of a great business that really cares about their customers and clearly have pride in what they do. I did not expect this at all and I am delighted that there are still businesses around with such great customer service, a rare thing nowadays particularly with online businesses. Thank you so much to True Classic and to Raleigh who has been brilliant. I recommend them because you can buy safely with the knowledge that if things go wrong and they do sometimes with any business, the company will put them right properly with the least amount of fuss. I am looking forward to receiving my t shirts and I am sure this time they will be exactly as advertised. King of Prussia store is amazing!

Was in King of Prussia for work a couple days back. Needed a shirt for a meeting in a pinch and Stef helped me find a great fit quickly and efficiently. It’s so comfortable it will quickly go into the weekly rotation.
