I have always needed assistance with computer software updates! What I really like about this company is the ease of getting "real help" via "telephone" and "remote access." I usually get Alex as my support Technician. This man is calm, knowledgeable and answers my questions! This Grandmom learns something new every time I ask for help. They also handle Cell phones with software issues!
Alex did a great job fixing issues and explaining the TTB protections.

Double charged me over a month ago. Never refunded the 2nd charge and have been non responsive to over 4 request for the refund. Total ignored my request.
They started out real good, however over the last two years. I have not been able to reach them by phone, but had an email to send my request, now the email does not work, nor does the website to request service. I spend a lot of money for their service and now I get no response.
I have. Called them for two weeks so far. Are the out of business or what? Now no one even answers the phone. I’m payed up for 2 years in advance which does not even start until November. What is going on………….
Been a customer for over five years, In 2025, the service has really gone downhill. Wait time for call backs average four or more hours after being told an hour. The level of expertise has dropped requiring multiple phone calls to resolve problems caused by TTB. TTB antivirus loaded onto PC was bad and allowed access to PC by unknown parties. TTB antivirus on laptop not working properly with deep scan running WAY too long and the same with quick scan. After requesting via chat to escalate issues with service to higher level of management, no response after being told someone would call on a specific date. Had to spent over $1000 with another IT tech to get issues resolved. I would not recommend their service, too many problems caused by them that they couldn't fix.

These guys are extremely responsive. Always available at a toll-free number and have batted 1.000 in fixing whatever issues I've encountered. I also like that their support extends to all of our devices, phones for my wife and I, my home office PC laptop and various peripherals as well as her Mac and Apple tablet. Constant phone calls , even though i explicitly informed them i have no interest in buying their product. It would seem they cannot understand the word "no"! Don't buy their products, cause you'll be continuously hounded by unwanted calls.
