This service is legitimate!

I purchased this service shortly after I purchased my laptop after I began experiencing problems connecting to the internet. My computer came with a service which was useless. They would only support manufacture related defects. Once it was determined that my problem was not a MFG defect, the support ended. They asked me to sign up for an elevated support service for several hundred dollars. I refused to give them any money because I had just purchased my computer about two months earlier for a couple of thousand dollars. I saw an internet advertisement to fix computer issues and tune up my computer along with other services. I decided to give it a try. The service found several problems with my computer and yes, they asked for money to fix those problems. But somehow, I decided to give them a try. The service provider was: TTBinternetsecurity. I was kind of desperate at that point. I had a newly purchased computer that I could not really use. So, I paid the $399 very reluctantly. Did I mention that I was desperate? The service technician was able to convince me that he could fix my computer and configure my router. Well, he did just that, he was able to fix my computer connection, clean up and delete cookies, temporary files and caches. He also troubleshoots my router, turned on the firewall, and located and clean out malware. He stated that several intruders were accessing my router from outside of my household (scary). Well, a year and a half later, they called me to set up a tune-up. They cleaned up the temporary files and cookies that were slowing down my computer which I hadn’t noticed. The service has been great, and I do highly recommend their service. The money has been well spent. Just a side note, after they fixed my computer about a year and I half ago, I didn't have any other issues with my computer. And if I had experienced any issues, I was covered with this plan. My technician a year and a half ago was Austin and today in was Josh, but they all are great.

I have been having this service for 5 years and very happy with it. Today Josh helped clean and optimized my computer very nicely All the persons working in this company are hard working, know there stuff and always fix problems in the first session. You can talk to them and understand clearly. they are very courteous , respectfull.

TTB service is very thorough

The TTB service is very thorough: we like knowing that all of our IT in the house is covered--routers, IPhones, computers, music systems, etc. And when we move to a new home, the service stays with us. Josh has been unfailingly patient and proactive during our service calls. Highly recommend!

Why did I subscribe

I am not completely sure why I subscribed to this. What was done is something I can do on my own. I do not believe this is a security protection. I will not be renewing.
