I’ve always loved watches, thanks to my dad who gave us Swiss ones when we were young. He used to tease us for wearing trendy brands, so when my brother recommended Tufina for my boyfriend, I thought it was perfect. I wanted to gift him a special mechanical pilot watch, and when I opened it, I was impressed by all the beautiful details, the thoughtful packaging, handwritten note, moreover, the mechanical beautiful little tiny detals that I knew my engineer dad would approve. I was so excited that I ordered one for my dad 2 days before my Christmas trip (forgot modifying vacation shipping adress) and customer service was amazing, quickly updating my shipping address without any issues. Seeing my dad’s joy when he got his was the best Christmas gift to me. It’s those special moments that gifting a beautiful piece of art that made me feel alright telling this story, which is why I agreed to the kindness of leaving a review.
The only “problem”? My boyfriend loves it so much, he only wears it on special occasions! But honestly, that’s how I felt every time my dad gave me the perfect watch too! I guess I have included the German beauty onto our loved Swiss tradition!

I have been using Tufina brand products for several years. I have 4 watches, 3 of them are Theorema. I would definitely say that I am absolutely satisfied with each and every watch. The quality of workmanship and the price are simply incredible...

I have been wearing my Tufina watch for a few months now. . .it has been a very reliable timepiece which never fails to get compliments. . .I will be buying another one soon. . .
I bought a watch from Tufina (Copenhagen) and it looked great. However, it stopped working after a short time (8-9 months), okay can happen.
I contacted customer service and explained the problem, they were very friendly to help me and gave me good directions on how to return the watch to Germany (I'm living in Belgium). After 2 weeks, I already got my watch back working perfectly (they even added a new bracelet and a card explaining what they have fixed). I have been wearing it now for a month and it is working perfect, this is really great customer service in my opinion. (I just needed to pay the shipping costs, 10 EUR The watch was fixed under warranty so great)

The rave review after rave review smells a lot like Brand Ambassadors Red Flag No2 The lack of transparency about the watch movements Red Flag No3. After coming across this watch brand, I was very interested in the unique style and design of their watches. So, after research and viewing all the style that was available I finally decided to purchase one. I was that disappointed in the choice I made with THEOREMA Istanbul model and the San Francisco model.

A Marco Poloc watcg many years ago this year updated my watch my buying Marco Polo, Paris, Havana and 2 specialty watches like the instanbul andportofino also purchased a second marco polo edition I love the watcg the service is second to none conact on web site with texting to get additional items back cover bands any original items has and issue with one of mybwatcges was fixed and send back they're second to none awsome time pieces amd my new favorite watch company. Purchased automatics watches and mechanical one love them both all I can they they are awsome time pieces purchase as many as you need for the styles Amsterdam is my daily wearer Marco polo Sundays and other watches are to impress. Have purchased nine watches with TUFINA. There are NOT only quality time pieces, but they are keepsakes that I will pass on down to both my sons when I pass on. The quality/craftsmanship is off the chart, and in public I always receive inquiries about my unique time piece. I bought their Pioneer watch last week, the delivery was just too fast. I love what i see, then I ordered another style ( San Francisco) 2 days ago and got it delivered 7am this morning. I love it as well.
The only issue I have is that, there is no contact or portal to ask questions from. I wanted extra silver straps for my San Francisco watch for a swap whenever i want to and I have checked their websites to see where i could buy accessories or contact a team member to raise questions but no joy. However their watches and delivery are second to none.
