3 St. Petersburg Tufina Watches
I own three St. Petersburg watches, and have received more compliments on them than any of my Breitlings and Omegas. I believe the Tufina watches are of fine quality for the price. The ordering process and customer service were very good. Automatic watches do take a bit more TLC (handling, resetting, and winding), but I find the Tufina watches well worth the effort.

Beautiful craftsmanship
My Theorema Macau watch is magnificent. Beautiful craftsmanship and works perfectly. You can tell it is not cheaply made and feels sturdy. It also fits comfortably and I have received numerous compliments on my watch!
Bizarre experience
This is a difficult review, one I was not gonna write. The watch I bought was a huge disappointment. I could not see numbers clearly. I sent it back per owners request but was NOT told if links were removed, they wouldn’t take it back! The owner actually texted me repeatedly and then called me! She sent the watch back with another watch I will never wear! I gave the first watch to a friend, the other one sits here. What a bizarre encounter. Owner hinted about a 5 star review. I can’t do it.

Placing an order is easy, simple and straightforward. I have recently purchased 2 Tufina watches, London Diamonds Pionier GM-510-3 | Gold | and the Casablanca Theorema - GM-101-10 | Black |. These are both mechanical.

I first ordered one watch. Loved it so much I have ordered four more and am on the lookout for another. the workmanship and quality are on the extreme side. Lovely watches and wear a different one almost every day. the prices are very reasonable; watches are timely received and online response help is prompt and very helpful.
Bad Quality And Worse customer Service
I purchased two. The Oman and the Casablanca, this is just over a year ago. First the Oman was defective. Cost me lots of money to send it for repairs . Job was not done well. Now both don’t work. Nice looking but bad product and worse customer service .
Theorema Zurich Tourbillon.
This is my second review. I now have the Zurich Tourbillon to add to my collection my first purchase from Tufina was the SAO PAULO and I love it. But this is about my Theorema Zurich Tourbillon in silver, this watch is unbelievable the quality is remarkable the styling is beautiful. I can't wait to wear this at work to show my fellow watch collecting colleges. Thank you all at Tufina for bringing these gorgeous watches to us. Robert

I love the SAO PAULO THEOREMA | GM-103-2 that I now own. This watch is beautiful and elegant, everyone asks to see this! I work with a bunch of watch collectors and they are going to be ordering soon. The quality is superb the price is great. I just received in the mail a gift. It's the Theorema Zurich Tourbillon and WOW! I didn't think it could get better but it has with this in my collection. I own Rolex, Bulova and even Chinese Tourbillon. These Theorema Zurich and sao paulo's are unbelievable thank you to the family that created these.

Best watch i ever own
Good Product, Reliable Service
I purchased a watch from Tufina in September. On receipt of the watch, I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging quality—specifically the quality of the container it was stored in. Overall, the watch I received was of good quality considering the price-point (~$350 including all discounts) and decorative complexity (fully-automatic self-winding skeleton watch). It looked good too—even compared to their online presentation of the product. I wore the watch daily for ~4 months without incident, including for daily athletics such as running, tennis, mountain biking, soccer, weightlifting, and downhill skiing. The face never scratched and the chassis never developed blemishes or discoloration. I was able to wash it in the sink (not advised, but I did it anyways because I trust the 5-atm rating it came with) and was able to keep it clean. My only complaint at the time was that it was losing around 20 seconds per day, but this was consistent and within a reasonable realm of error—not indicative of poor quality control or cheap movement (the consistency of this loss more or less suggested that it could use more tuning). But I did not inquire to address this on its own. The real reason for this review is because I had a very positive experience with their RMA process. Essentially, I had a minor mishap and needed to call on their 2-year-warranty policy. While skiing GS, I mistakenly struck a gate with my fist. It was enough that my knuckle was bruised and swelled for a couple of days. Potentially as a result, the minutes hand of the watch may have been knocked loose alongside another internal decorative ornament (or otherwise, it could be seen as an accumulated result from daily usage). So, I put in an RMA request. The remainder of the internal components were in working condition, and the watch showed no signs of external damage. I was told to simply fill out a form describing the issue along with some other information, and to ship it (both the form and the watch) to an address (within the US, where I am from). I was not interrogated and was simply asked if the watch experienced ‘impact’ (to me, this implied a direct form of collision.. which did not technically occur), to which I replied ‘no.’ I was told to give them 8 weeks to fix it (this seems relatively standard). As of this week (within the specified deadline), I have received the watch in working order. During the waiting period, they were responsive (and it was a human response) on the email chain, enough that they actually provided a shipment tracking number when it was already almost back to me. Also, I mentioned (in my RMA request) that I would appreciate them looking at the tuning once more. Since receiving my watch again, I have noticed an improvement in the time-loss I asked about and no longer see a measured day-over-day loss or gain. Of course, I do plan on being a little more considerate of the watch (or rather, myself while wearing the watch) going forward. But seeing as they have proven the legitimacy of their advertised warranty, I wanted to say something about it. As such, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STRESS-TESTING THE PRODUCT AND EXPECTING THE SAME RESPONSE OR TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM THE CARE TEAM AT TUFINA. Their warranty and RMA system is completely legitimate (in my experience), but I do not want my anecdote to result in any type of consumer negligence, nor to serve as an endorsement of it being tolerated. For information of what they consider to be proper treatment of their products, please refer directly to their website. For anyone curious, the specific model of watch I purchased is: ‘Theorema Oslo GM-110-6’. It has a sapphire crystal face and looks pretty decent. It is well built and functionally sound.

I had such an amazing experience with this company that I had to share. I originally ordered a replacement band for a watch I bought years ago, and shortly after, I received a message pointing out that the size I ordered didn’t actually match my watch. At first I was a little skeptical, but they were completely legitimate and genuinely looking out for me. Not only did they catch the mistake, but they went ahead and corrected the order for me to make sure I received the right band—no hassle at all. The level of attention, honesty, and proactive customer service was honestly above and beyond what you usually expect. It’s rare to come across a company that takes that extra step, and I really appreciate how smooth and thoughtful they made the whole process. Highly recommend!
