I had such an amazing experience with this company that I had to share. I originally ordered a replacement band for a watch I bought years ago, and shortly after, I received a message pointing out that the size I ordered didn’t actually match my watch. Not only did they catch the mistake, but they went ahead and corrected the order for me to make sure I received the right band—no hassle at all.
