Excellent customer service and after sale help
I bought a watch from Tufina (Copenhagen) and it looked great. However, it stopped working after a short time (8-9 months), okay can happen. I contacted customer service and explained the problem, they were very friendly to help me and gave me good directions on how to return the watch to Germany (I'm living in Belgium). After 2 weeks, I already got my watch back working perfectly (they even added a new bracelet and a card explaining what they have fixed). I have been wearing it now for a month and it is working perfect, this is really great customer service in my opinion. (I just needed to pay the shipping costs, 10 EUR The watch was fixed under warranty so great) Based on my experience, I can only recommend this company.
