Disappointing Experience: Poor Management, Broken Promises, and Privacy Concerns
While Turito's teachers are genuinely excellent and clearly knowledgeable in their subjects, the overall experience as a client has been deeply disappointing.
The relationship managers repeatedly failed to honour commitments made to us as paying clients. Promises were made and not kept, follow-ups were ignored, and the standard of client relationship management fell well below what was promised at sign-up.
The platform dashboard is clunky and difficult to navigate. Despite feedback being provided on multiple occasions, no meaningful improvements were made during our time as a customer.
To make matters worse, after requesting removal of our personal data from their database, we received no prompt or satisfactory response, which has led us to pursue the matter formally under applicable privacy legislation.
There are now far stronger and more professional competitors operating in this space who actually deliver on their promises. We will not be returning to Turito and would not recommend this service to other families based on our experience.
The teachers deserve better leadership around them. Until the operational and management failures are addressed, we cannot in good conscience recommend this platform.

I had a great experience with Turito. My son was enrolled in English and Maths lessons. Both teachers were amazing. I loved the way his English teacher, Anupa Paul, made learning vocabulary, comprehension, writing and grammar fun for him. He never had any interest in English subject but with her calm nature and persistence we could see the difference in his grades and overall performance. She was always on time and I never had any problems with the schedule.

Very disappointing customer service once i enrolled.
I have provded my review 3 times but evry time turito team said we are working on your issue or conern but so far no response received.
Also they are providing general response when we are giving any review.
I have sent 7 reminders to the relationship manager Shagun Verma but no response on my query also her manger is there in the email but no response.
No one is there to answer your query when you dialed customer care number.
So dont get into the trap think twice before enrollment.

Muskan has excellent coaching skills. My daughter confusing a lot in counting and she taught very easy method and great way of teaching. My daughter can answer now all of the counting questions. We highly recommend Muskan maths classes.. We will inform our friends and family about this.
