We have had a very good experience with Turito and Miss Tara Soni while working with Neal in Maths. The sessions are engaging and well organised, making learning easier for him. The tutor explains concepts clearly and is very patient. We have noticed an improvement in his confidence and overall performance. I would highly recommend Ms Tara Soni Turito to other parents looking for reliable academic support.

A parent shared their experience after enrolling their child with Turito for competitive exam preparation and honestly it was very disappointing.
You don’t just enrol and leave it to them. As a parent you end up doing everything yourself. Watching class recordings to check teaching quality, reminding tutors to give homework, following up constantly for structure and progress. In some cases even arranging study material. It becomes your responsibility to make the system work.
Finding a good tutor is also trial and error. You may go through multiple tutors before you find someone who actually teaches well, and by then a lot of time is already lost.
The only point of contact is the relationship manager whose role seems limited to scheduling or rescheduling sessions. There is no real ownership of outcomes. Support tickets are raised, automated responses come in, and then the ticket gets closed without any actual resolution.
There is a lot of focus on enrolling you into a program, but once that is done, the support and accountability drop significantly.
Parents considering this should go in with their eyes open. This is not a structured hands off tutoring service.

Review for Science and Maths tutoring from yr 8 to yr 12 for my daughter.
My daughter has been with Turito for almost 4 yrs now from yr 8 to yr 12.
Her performance in school improved tremendously within a year. Teachers are very knowledgeable and patient. Special thanks to Science teacher : Sumana ma'am. My daughter loves her. Her teaching skills are beyond words.

Some of the teachers are very good.
My elder child receives class from Rashi Baise teacher and Sudeshna teacher, both are very good.
My younger child recently joined the class, I have trouble with his classes.
I found in case of urgency or if teacher is not available when we join the class or issues with coverage, there is no contact number to contact them earlier and inform the teacher we are struggling to join.
It always goes through AI, by the time the helper call us teacher has already left the classroom.
This is the useless class I have ever experienced.
I am fed up.
