TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Excellent property

Excellent property! Extremely well-maintained. No issues.

Great company to deal with!!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay in La Quinta

Absolutely wonderful stay in La Quinta! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed with cook wear, dishes and appliances. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa were fabulous. Although exterior temperatures were in the mid to upper 60's during our Christmas visit, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and spa. Had some initial difficulty locating the control panel for the pool and spa, but Turnkey was very responsive to my text and we were able to locate it and heat it up! The Casita was just as clean and nice as the house. Definitely will visit this location again in the future. Thank you for making our Christmas visit a fabulous one!

Skiing oasis

Ideal location to all skiing with a hot tub to return to after a day on the slopes. The kitchen and dining area were comfortable for cooking and dining. The basement bedroom and bathroom is a wonderful plus!

Great rental!

Great rental!! Very clean and spacious. Wether you’re renting for an event or just to get away, it was the perfect rental for my family and friends. There were 11 of us. 6 adults & 5 kids. The kids were kept busy on the swing set, swimming in the pool and even fished the canal for a bit. We visit the Valley every year as we have family that lives there and New Years Eve is big for our family. I will definitely try to re rent this home when the time comes.

A little disappointing start

A little disappointing start, Direct TV didn't work, problem was resolved in 48 hours, missed NFL on weekend. We saw a few bugs, a spray cured that. Turnkey reps were excellent.

Great to work with!

This is the second time we have used Turnkey. The organization works very hard to make your first experience with a new home positive. Directions to your rental are concise. Instructions for entry are useful including a video tutorial to unlock the door. We won't hesitate to use them in future should we re-visit the area.

Great Time

We recently rented this condo for Christmas and had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, and the place was very cozy! I would definitely go back again!

GREAT SERVICE & PROPERTIES

Whether you call or text Turnkey is responsive and helpful. Also, we needed help with a couple of minor things and their local representative, Mike, very very helpful and professional and great with communication. Cannot recommend Turnkey enough! This is the 3rd time we’ve booked through them in fact.

Very nice place to stay

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and completely as advertised. Everything worked, there were plenty of cooking supplies, and all the instructions were correct and clear. The house and backyard by the pool and hottub are very private. We enjoyed the property very much.

Nice place and very quiet

Property was clean and in good condition. Beds are very comfortable. Short drive to Broadway but many other restaurants and bars close.

I had an issue with the electronic lock…

I had an issue with the electronic lock and the dishwasher. Turnkey was overly responsive and resolved all issues.

Good communication

Good communication, property as described.

Football game and New Year in Nashville!

We had a wonderful time! Booking was easy and the instructions for arrival and departure were spot on. The location was terrific and we felt very safe. The linens were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this stay.

Everything about Palmilla and the condo…

Everything about Palmilla and the condo were great. We highly recommend the location; best place we've stayed in Port A. The toiletries provided (shampoo, soap) were poor quality, and there was very little water pressure. Taking a shower was difficult and annoying.

Great house

Great house! Great location! Love the Reserve at St. Charles Bay!

We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. The house was as advertised. Great location, quite and peaceful. Will want to come back. Thank you for a great time.

This place was great

This place was great. Very well stocked and comfortable. Pool and patio in the backyard was amazing!

Fabulous home

This home was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely common space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to communicate with owner who was very responsive. One of the most comfortable and fun homes we have ever stayed in. Location was also great--easy to access the beach, yet in a quiet beautiful neighborhood going up the hill toward the palisades. Highest rating!!

We had a fantastic time

We had a fantastic time. The turnkey home was nice…. Could have been cleaner but all and all it worked well for our family. We travel a lot and have been to park city a lot. This was one of our favorite units. If only the cleaners has been more detail oriented.
