I have bought several products from TVAPE over the past two years and rely heavily on their product reviews for advice. I have had nothing but good experience with them. But today I have had an awesome experience with Marvilyn on the TVAPE customer service online chat. I started with questions about portable and discrete dry herb vaporizers. Marvilyn spent a long time explaining pros and cons and helped me to select the right one for me. Then I had questions about past invoices and gift cards that I could not rationalize (self inflicted). Marvilyn took extra time to look up my account, explain in great detail, satisfying my questions, and then helped me to place the new order. GREAT JOB MARVILYN!!!!

I had a product/warranty issue and so emailed about it. Responses were very fast (if anything I was the slow one) and after having me confirm a couple things with pictures and video they are sending me a new unit. Easy hassle free warrenty process for sure.

Utillian 5 is trash and so is Tvape customer service!! Tvape sells junk products then doesn't honor their warranty!! I would strongly caution anyone wanting to purchase from tvape!!!

Hello Robin, We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience. To clarify the situation, your warranty claim was not denied because of a defective heating chamber. Rather, the issue was that the heating chamber was being tested/used on a device it was not designed or intended to be used with. The Utillian 5 Heating Chamber is designed and warranted for use with the Utillian 5. While it shares a standard 510-thread connection with some other devices, compatibility cannot be assumed based on the threading alone, and we cannot determine whether a performance issue is caused by the heating chamber or by an incompatible device. As we explained during our correspondence, we would be more than happy to assess the heating chamber under warranty if it does not function correctly when used with an actual Utillian 5. That is the only way we can properly verify whether the product itself is defective. Our goal is never to deny legitimate warranty claims, but to ensure they're evaluated under the conditions for which the product was designed and covered.
