My first interaction with TVape
My first interaction with TVape as a brand new customer at first I was concerned how I be treated if I had a problem with an expensive device that I was planning on buying. Well first of all it was in the list of things that can be returned after being opened, but still my interaction with Jen in Customer Service was unbelievable courteous kind and professional. As I told Jen they made a customer for life with me and I have already re-purchased items again and I am very very happy! The one last thing I’ll say about TVape they have the newest and latest products on the market almost immediately! Thank you, Jack Giacomo

I had an issue with my brand new device not working, and with no hesitation at all both Nik S and Jen S both very much equally took really good care of me. Have you ever had a product issue, and the company is just trash about fixing it for you??? Yeah, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET THAT HERE. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 They GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you issue. TVAPE and the other associated are truly incredible. I recommend getting ANY product and/or service from them. Not to mention the reason I ordered from them in the first place is because it was the cheapest priced from any site. Jen and Nik S, Thanks again for being so easy going and helpful.

I deliberated allot to find the right e rig for me, yours was ultimately the one that fit me best..I messed up the address on the order and got frustrated last night…then Nik s called me from the support team today and helped me figure out what went wrong…dude was professional and super nice even though I was upset ( for my own mistake!) he walked me through it and I got it ordered…Nik is awesome guys I couldn’t be happier with his service and you have gained a lifelong customer because of him!

Awesome customer Service!Marvilyn was awesome! I had some questions and thought I had bought the wrong product! Well 1st off you talk to a real person NOT AI & Marvilyn had all the answers and now im confident I made the right purchase
I wanted to love it.
I loved the product! It arrived quickly and it done exactly what I needed it to do......until it didnt. I enjoyed the hell out of it for about 2 weeks and then one day it stopped turning on. It stopped doing anything! So now im $40 poorer, and wax I cant smoke. This isnt the companies fault. Shit breaks sometimes. All I know is, is that if you buy one your taking a gamble. EDIT!!! They reached out to me and made it right. They are sending me a new one.
